Ness is the Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations for DEC Management. Under the direction of CEO David Canter, Ness secures deals with companies around the world exclusively for DEC Management clients. Ness works hand in hand with each client to come up with a specific marketing plan to help each client maximize his potential off the field. Beyond that, Ness ensures that each client is equipped with what is needed to enhance their on and off the field careers. 

Ness joined DEC Management in November of 2016 and currently resides in the New York City area.
